MY NAME IS Manraj Dhillon

I am a Personal Trainer, Online Coach and Former Men’s Physique champion and competitor.

Growing up I was a very quiet, self-conscious boy, Didn’t particularly stand out in anything. In school, I had a really hard time focusing on my studies and wasn’t good at any sports. I always felt uncomfortable in my own skin when I was around others.

Until one day I reached a breaking point and enough was enough. I went home one day and when I got inside I remember going upstairs to my room and starting to do push-ups. I could only do 20 so I kept doing them throughout the day. My first goal was to do 100 push-ups a day. This throughout the months increased to 200,300,400.

Another day I found something called a dumbbell and it slowly started changing my life. From doing curls at home to getting a gym membership, the more I trained the more I felt alive, the more I felt confident, and the more I started believing in myself. I was astonished at how much it had changed my whole landscape of thinking. I went from a very insecure boy to a confident young man.

I didn’t just notice a big change physically, but mentally and spiritually too. It made me feel good about myself and that I had something that I was good at for once. The gym helped me through all life challenges. If I was stressed or depressed I always had the gym to take it all out. It was my self-therapy.

I want to pass on my experience and knowledge of fitness onto you guys so you can go on and achieve your own goals.

I can take you under my wing to start your journey and provide great mental strategies to help you achieve your goals. I believe it is crucial that you are mentally connected to fitness, not just physically. If you have a good mentality towards fitness, you will look forward to your training sessions and enjoy them which is KEY to staying consistent/being disciplined!
